The location provided easy access to local transport and various attractions. The staff offered great tips for first-time visitors. The room was large and immaculate, with sufficient cutlery, utensils, and comfortable beds. I found the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The Wi-Fi service was SOMETIMES inconsistent. Though it didn't significantly affect my stay.

the apartment had a good location near the main station. it was convenient to get around the city from there. the check-in staff were cute.
i found some issues . the hotel restaurant was closed during the weekend. the breakfast buffet had a limited selection.

The television was in both the lounge and the bedroom which I found quite beneficial. I appreciated the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room after sightseeing all day. The central train station was an easy walk, and the Brandenburg Gate was also within a 15-minute walk.
I found the breakfast to be acceptable. I was told upon arrival that I could use my deposit to pay for parking when I departed, not possible. I paid for parking, and my deposit has not been returned to my account despite contacting support.

My studio included a big television and plugs on both sides of the bed. The room featured a small balcony. The bed provided restful nights, ensuring I was prepared for my daily activities.

the hotel was close to the central train station! a tram stop was also right there. the location was a bit away from the high tourist areas, but i liked that. i found a couple of grocery stores less than five minutes away.
my first room had a terrible balcony door. it wouldn't open. the light above the stove also would not turn off. the water drained slowly from the bathtub.

the bathtub didn't drain properly and the carpets felt sticky. employees walked into the room without knocking it happened on two separate days.

i found the staff very friendly at reception! they allowed us to leave our bags while we explored. the room was spacious with a tv tower view. the mini gym and pool were a nice bonus. breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from, setting us up well for the day.
